Agreement of service

1.

I understand and agree that CMC Detailing LTD cannot guarantee the removal of all contaminants (including, but not limited to, irremovable carpet or seat stains, irreversible paint defects etc.) or odors.

2.

I authorize CMC Detailing LTD to spend up to (2) additional hours, billed at the regular hourly shop rate (£20.00), for any additional time spent on any quoted service, including but not limited to, excessive pet hair removal, off-road contamination, removal of larger personal items etc.

3.

I certify that I am the registered owner or have the full authority of the registered owner(s) of the vehicle being submitted to CMC Detailing LTD. CMC Detailing LTD cannot be held liable in the event an unauthorized individual submits a vehicle for services.

4.

I agree to make a payment for any and all services agreed upon, either orally or written, prior to my vehicle being released back to me, I authorize CMC Detailing LTD to withhold and detain my vehicle should I refuse to make payment for services rendered.

5.

All personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle before the detailer has arrived. Anything left inside the vehicle will be deemed as rubbish and will be disregarded. I agree that CMC Detailing LTD will not be held liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

6.

Please allow up to a 2 hour window from your booked time for a detailer to arrive for your appointment and keep in mind that they may be delayed due to traffic or delays on other jobs throughout the day. If you need to cancel the booking let CMC Detailing LTD know within 24 hours of your booked time as the detailer would have booked out the time for the job and any short changes could interrupt a whole day.

7.

If the client is more than 30 minutes late for their scheduled appointment time the Detailer has the right to either cancel the booking, reschedule or complete the appointment depending on availability.

Limitation of liability

1.

I release CMC Detailing LTD from any and all liability and claims arising out of any loss, damage or injury, as a result of services performed.

2.

I release CMC Detailing LTD from any liability of any damage, visible or otherwise, prior to the vehicle being submitted for services and after the vehicle has been removed from the premises.

3.

I agree to make a payment for any and all services agreed upon, either orally or written, prior to my vehicle being released back to me, I authorise CMC Detailing LTD to withhold and detain my vehicle should I refuse to make payment for services rendered.

4.

Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines and marks, should a CMC Detailing LTD representative find any exterior imperfections, we will make you aware, however CMC Detailing LTD will not be responsible for correcting these pre=existing paint imperfections if your service does not include it. Also, during the course of paint correction, other paint defects may become evident and we will not be responsible for these pre-existing paint imperfections; smaller scratches, swirls and other defects tend to hide and mask more serious and deeper scratches that will then be more easily seen after paint corrections. CMC Detailing LTD will not be held responsible for any pre-existing paint imperfection during our normal course of detailing that you were not aware of.

5.

Please before a service has started make the CMC Detailing representative aware of any damage to the car so the representative can make a log of it all should any problems occur.
